Payment Terms

By registering, the parent or guardian and the player agree to abide by the rules, procedures, and financial policies of Spartans Hockey and Wall Professional Hockey Training Inc. Everything the Club charges for, and everything it credits or refunds, is set out below.

Team and Season Fees

• All team fees must be paid prior to the start of the program.
• All season deposits are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be given within 30 days of the season start date.
• All refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee.
• Registering commits you to paying the full amount of the program as listed. If that amount is not paid in full, Spartans Hockey will do everything within its legal rights to collect the money owed.

Camps, Skills Programs, and Tryouts

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the first session receive a Club credit. No refunds.
• If a player is injured or has a schedule conflict with their minor hockey association, contact us before the missed session to receive a credit. We may ask for a doctor’s note or proof of the conflict.

If the Club Cancels

If the Club cancels a session or program, you will receive a credit or a full refund.

Credits

Credits are transferable within your immediate family only. Registrations, spots, and credits may not be re-sold.

How to Cancel

Email us at [email protected] as soon as you know — for an injury or an association conflict, before the session you will miss.

Registering also means agreeing to the Waiver and the Code of Conduct, alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Questions about any of them can be sent to [email protected].

Team deposit

The deposit is non-refundable if a family withdraws after accepting the roster position. It is refunded if the BC Spartans are unable to form or operate the team.
